This petition will help to end inhumane puppy mills. Puppy mills are breeding facilities that mass produce puppies to be sold at pet stores, online, or to a direct buyer. By ending puppy mills, thousands of dogs and puppies will get the opportunity to be adopted and live healthy happy lives. Regulations for puppy mills are very minimal and do not require high standards. Conditions in these facilities are extremely poor and detrimental to the health and well-being of the dogs.
