Fight the growing militarization of civilian law enforcement

There is no national database to track how many people are killed, shot, tazered, or subject to violent force at the hands of police officers, or how often police officers discharge their weapons. There is no national database to collect data on the frequency and efficacy of no-knock search warrants, which are increasingly used in service of warrants for low-level, non-violent drug offenses with dubious probable cause, often resulting in the wrong house being targeted, and sometimes the deaths of innocent people. There needs to be a comprehensive, in-depth reporting system for every time police use their weapons, and not just on people. There needs to be a comprehensive, in-depth reporting system for every no-knock warrant that is issued.
