Fight illegal removal of the homeless from public parks

We the undersigned do hear by petition for relief and, enforcement of constitutional laws preventing the illegal removal of indigent citizens from public parks in south florida. Basic human rights are being violated by the proposal of an ordinance that is designed to keep the homeless community away from parks within south florida. Homeless people are being persecuted simply because they lack the ability to support local commerce among business owners and as former tax payers and now the current homeless american, All people should be allowed to enjoy the facilities (i.e. public parks) that we have made great contributions toward helping to build and establish within our neighborhoods, regardless of our financial status. Please honor our basic human rights and help us fight for justice.
