Fight for psychiatric hospital patients stop the mental health abuse

I am writing this letter petition Obama to stop abuse in the psychiatric hospital and all hospital in California to be regulated by the law a standard of all who are working within the hospital and are held to the highest standards of the law is enforced if broken and the hospital with proper medication food water and the necessity to function properly in society applying for all hospital unemployed and all worked and outside parties and film is checked and all paper work is checked
