Hello I am writing this Petition because I am a U.S citizen whom is a Female and married to a Female, We have 3 children. Every day I am faced with this unconstitutional Federal Law That does not recognize my marriage. Everyone is fighting for State rights but its bigger than that, When I die my wife should get my SS benefits and she should decided if my plug gets pulled should I be on life Support. I owe taxes for a house hold that I take care of and because I am forced to file taxes as single every year I will continue to owe, not only are we a low income family, but I can’t afford to even pay to get my taxes done. What happened to equal rights and Equality for all regardless of race, creed, or color? Take a Stand-Equality even for Same Sex Marriage!!!!
