We, the non-racist and generally intelligent segment of the population of Texas, request that all signers of the petition for the secession of the State of Texas from these great Unites States of America peacefully submit themselves to be tried for treason. Upon conviction, these petitioners should be peacefully loaded onto a rocket-ship and sent to Mars, where the industriousness that they so value in themselves will surely allow them to thrive peacefully on a new frontier, free from the tyranny of any type of law or social order.
