Figure out a way to monitor law enforcement and the court system to make sure the peoples rights are truly protected.

Rights are being violated in the judicial and law enforcement systems. Cops harassing, profiling, and over stepping the boundaries and violating peoples right. In small courts people are being convicted of felonies and losing rights based on what the police say and the District attorney wants. How can anyone receive a fair trial when the judges are friends with the D.A and the cops are just trying to make a name and the D.A is just going to try and keep out their conviction rate. Their needs to be a non government party to monitor and investigate these situations. Innocent people are being harassed an others are being convicted of felonies when it should be civil.
