We ask the Obama administration to file amicus briefs with the Perry v. Hollingsworth (also know as Prop 8) case currently before the US Supreme Court; in support of the plaintiffs on the case. That forbidding the freedom to marry for gay and lesbians is a violation of the equal protection and due process clauses of the United States Constitution.
