According to Public Law 112-87 otherwise known as the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, "The President shall submit to Congress, in classified form, at least 30 days prior to the transfer or release of an individual detained at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as of June 24, 2009, to the country of such individual's nationality or last habitual residence or to any other foreign country or to a freely associated State [necessary information about the prisoner and transfer]"
We the people demand Articles of Impeachment be filed against Obama for breaking law when doing a prisoner swap with terrorists for Bowe Bergdahl.
Additionally, we demand Obama to be tried on criminal charges outlined in the former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy's book "Faithless Execution."
