Some terrorists in Donetsk had shot down a Malaysian Airlines plane MH17, wiping out innocent lives and blatantly breaching international law.
Therefore, WE THE PEOPLE hopes that the President will bring those despicable terrorists to justice by helping those affected to file the case to the ICC (International Criminal Court), and urge them to investigate the incident and severely punish those perpetrators.
