File a case to the Supreme court; on the constitutionality of the U.S. debt limit, which contradicts the 14th amendment.

We the people humbly request that the US attorney general uphold the constitution, and file a case to the supreme court for ruling on the constitutionality of the U.S. debt limit. The debt limit legislation, first passed in 1917 is unconstitutional because, it contradicts section 4 of the 14th amendment which states, "The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned..." This validity is questioned by all previous and current debt ceiling legislation, since laws have been passed for payment of services. The founding fathers intended this provision to prevent the U.S. debt from being held hostage for political gain.
