The Republicans are continually being obstructive to progress in the House of Representatives and the Senate. As a private citizen we expect progress in the government.
The House Leader sets up a schedule that reduces the length of time Congress is in session and then they block every issue brought by Democrats and prevent voting.
I recommend the President on behalf of his constituency initiate a suit against the elected Republican official for obstructing the progression of governing.
