Congress is required by law to deliver a budget each year. This has not been done for the past 3 years. This continuing failure by our elected officials to dedicate themselves to the service of the people as they have sworn is a terrible failure. That we the people of the United States of America have allowed this to continue is equally as terrible. It is the duty of our government to serve the people in a manner congruent with the best interests of the people. This has not been done. If our government fails to serve its people it is our right and our obligation to dissolve said government and establish a new system of government to better serve the needs of the people. It is my earnest hope that our government can recognize its failings and take immediate action to correct them.
