Honor the Constitution. Senator Mitch McConnell is in clear violation of the United State Constitution if he refuses to hold Senate confirmation hearings for a new Supreme Court Justice to be nominated by President Barack Obama. In direct contrast to Justice Antonin Scalia's respect for the laws contained within the Constitution of the United State, Senator McConnell's behavior is violating the rights of President Obama and millions of Americans to have nine Justices on the bench. Obstruction of justice charges should be filed against Senator McConnell if he refuses to comply with his Constitutional responsibilities.
