We implore you to support the investigation by Federal prosecutors in to the beating and murder of Kelly Thomas. Bring Kelly Thomas’s murderers to justice. We ask that Federal prosecutors have the courage to address the terrible wrong done to Mr. Thomas and his family, and the equal wrong done to the citizens of the United States of America when faced with lethal police brutality which goes unanswered and unpunished. We, as citizens and as human beings, are utterly appalled by the brutal beating of Kelly Thomas, who throughout the ordeal apologized, pleaded, called out for his father and expressed his belief that he was indeed being killed.
