There is an overwhelming amount of evidence stacked against the previous administration (George W. Bush's) for crimes against humanity, deceiving the public, holding massive conflicts of interest, resorting to unconstitutional actions, and pushing the country one step closer toward despotism.
Plenty credible evidence has already been presented, and now action must be taken by way of indictment charges against individuals such as—and among others—Richard Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld.
If justice does not transcend all levels of society, then we have a severely flawed system. Mr. President, please set a precedent that would surely go down in history as a fight for true democracy.
