File a legal petition in Raleigh Federal court blocking the proposed Raleigh Transit Authority transit fare hike

We the Elderly and Disabled riders of Raleigh Transit Authority (aka Capital Area Transit) petition Obama to issue an executive order ordering his executive department to file suit against Raleigh Transportation Authority, City of Raleigh, Wake County, and North Carolina in Raleigh federal court asking the court to issue a injunction against the RTA blocking the fare increase as discriminatory against elderly and disabled users due to the City of Raleigh, Wake County, and the State of North Carolina ignoring the "Food Desert" in Downtown and South Raleigh thus the RTA fare increase is a illegal exploitation of elderly and disabled persons under North Carolina general statutes § 108A-101
changing the elderly & disabled fare rates so they are NOT TIED to the CAT FULL FARE but to "COLA's"
