File legislation creating a CONGRESSIONAL RESPONSIBLITY ACT

In order that both houses of congress be held responsbile to the American People, the following changes must be made into law:
1. Members of Congress shall have the right to the same healtcare coverage provided to all federal civil servants while in office, Upon vacating office by retirement or by loss of election, no member of congress who has served fewer than 10 years shall receive any continuation of healhcare beyond that provided in law to any employee of any company in the private sector.
2. Members of Congress shall receive no pension from the federal government. Members of congress shall be subject to the social security system and shall have a 401K or similar employee contribution plan established to which the member may contribute under the law applicable to all citizens.
