The President of Syria and his government are waging war against it's own citizens. This makes them guilty of war crimes, genocide and mass killing with chemicals. The Hague Tribunal is designed to deal with this issue. The U.S. should file a suit to bring Bashar Assad to court to defend his actions and suffer the decision of the court.
We could add to the killing with our military might, but that would not solve the problems. Let's let the Hague court try to make a decision. Our adventures with war in the region leave a lot to be desired.
