Under the U.N. and internantional law, "Odious Debt: is debt NOT repaid, because it was borrowed AGAINST the interests of it's people" the National Debt needs to be filed under this resolution IMMEDIATLEY. It's not our fault the banks messed up, and us Americans, shouldn't have to pay for it.
