It is time to act and complete a transatlantic free trade agreement with the European Union by the end of 2013 or sooner. US business supports a free trade agreement. Europe supports a free trade agreement. We need growth here in the US and Europe. World markets are waiting for policy-makers to act. Integrating our economies would immediately improve on markets and business confidence both in the US and Europe. It’s time to put the U.S. and Europe on a growth track.
