No Child Left Behind was a terrible law that was put into affect back in 2001. Under the Obama Administration 33 states have been given waivers for the law with strings attached. President Obama promised to bring reform. Unfortunately Congress can't do their jobs, and executive action is needed. Sign the petition to give States the freedom to organize the education of their students, without having to worry about Federal Government interference.
