First, foster the intrinsic value of human life in all by returning prayer to public schools and allowing vouchers for academically performing parochial schools.
Second, limit abortions so that people once again feel and believe human life is precious. When 50% of those seeking abortions have had a previous abortion it is hard to make the case that some real soul searching is going on between a woman, a doctor, and her pastor.
Third, strictly limit the viewership of violence via video entertainment and video games to those 18 years and older. Label it child abuse by adults who enable exposure to violence (reign in the new sport of mixed martial arts by requiring head gear).
Finally, return to respecting the 5th Amendment so that the citizens need not fear and arm against their govt
