So far, the USA DOES NOT have an official language! Certain states did enforce English to be the official language, however, there is a handful of states where English is not an official language, one of those is NY! English SHOULD be mandatory in the USA! All forms should HAVE to be written in English! Right now foreigners get catered to! Every form is handed to them in SO MANY different languages! And guess who is footing the bill for all this paper being wasted ? You guessed it! AMERICAN TAXPAYERS! If you do not know English, you should HAVE TO LEARN IT!
