Financial Aid was usually covering Summer, Spring, and Fall sections. However, at CSULB if students had financial aid, the school of CSULB was never covered Summer section for students. What kind of Financial Aid at CSULB was that? If students would not register or enroll in summer section, a course that offered on Summer section might not offer again in future. Is that right thing for students have to pay for it. Moreover, there were many differences costs that students had to pay such as students associates, etc. those payments did not need for mandatory paying for students because if students who was using it, they might pay for it, but if students who was never used it, they do not have to pay for it. Is that right?
