Financial responsibility of any state preventing a legal citizen the right to bear arms that is assaulted in that state.

The rights of law abiding citizens of The United States of America to protect themselves, their families or other citizens with the use of weapons should not be restricted by any state government on any ground deemed to be part of the USA. The Right To Bear Arms is the constitutional right of any American who obeys the laws of our nation and any state prohibiting that right should be held financially responsible in the event of an assault, rape, robbery, injury or death in that state. Damages should have a minimum compensation and be set according to the degree of the crime and be decided by an equal panel of attorneys, judges, citizens and former victims of crime. Furthermore compensation should be awarded within a reasonable time frame also decided by the aforementioned panel.
