At current the cost of a bachelors degree generally ranges from $20k-$50k which is beyond the grasp of many Americans. It is time our government take a look at creating a federal or state funded higher education option for those with neither financial backing or other options.
This would not only grow our national level of knowledge and experience, but a more educated work force will bring a higher average income and greater monetary circulation from what would have otherwise been disadvantaged citizens with few options to better themselves.
