What happened to our economy in the run up to the great recession was caused by someone. A person or persons. Someone who made choices. Someone who said "yes". Someone who said "OK". Someone who said "Let's do it".
Those people caused trillions of dollars to vaporize from our economy. Families to lose their homes., lives upended, businesses shuttered. .
Imposing fines on a bank of billions of dollars pales in comparison to the damage done to our Country. Someone must be held to account for what they did to us.
