Our children are suffering while parents get away without being held financially responsible. State agencies don't bother to help other than starting the case. If the noncustodial parent changes jobs or addresses there is nothing to hold them accountable for not submitting that information to state agencies. If the dead beat lives in another state it makes it even harder. Custodial parents are still forced to allow visitation is these cases so the noncustodial parent is never punished. There is no justice served for "Dead Beat Parents" all while the responsible parent makes all the sacrifices and the children still suffer. In many cases the custodial parent can obtain welfare benefits to help with food and medical care. However many parents don't qualify for help.
