Find a better way for students not to get their taxes garnished by the department of education due to hardship.

Students whom have had a hard time paying their loans should not get their taxes garnished especially during hardship. There should be a law or a rule designed to help or protect, maybe even defer the payments until the student is able to begin Making payments. A homeless mother of 5 children should not be ripped out of her hard earned money from working and then not even have the chance to get any kind of help or support to fix the situation. It does not make sense to freeze payments while student is enrolled in school and remove the deferment when the student is not enrolled anymore. Taxes should not get garnished especially if the student is homeless and does not have a steady form of income. There should be a law that protects those students.
