Kelli Cribbs Abad went missing in Oct. 2011 around the Kadena Airbase in Japan. Local authorities and even military personnel have FAILED this mother, and her own family. She is/was a spouse. Not a service member, but that doesn't mean she should just be cast aside, while her own children and family worry themselves sick day and night, as to where Kelli could be! Her husband refuses to be any help to anyone.
