According to http://www.slate.com/articles/double_x/doublex/2014/04/male_rape_in_amer..., 44% of reported rape victims are male, and 46% of those rape victims reported a female rapist. If America is truly to be a country for liberty and justice for all then it is important to find a method of prosecution against female rapist. Therefore we hereby propose that the federal government set aside a team of officers, detectives, medical, doctors, and any other members of profession seen fit, dedicated to finding methods to provide evidence against female rapist so that America may one day be a country of liberty and justice for all.
