Captain Tice went missing in August 2012 while doing freelance journalism in Syria covering the Free Syrian Army. To my knowledge nothing has been done to attempt to find this man. We need to show the world that treatment of Americans abroad such as this, in Libya and any other examples will not be tolerated.
