Find more ways to help young American adults that don't qualify for assistance from the Government but are struggling.

My wife and I have struggled to make ends meet while I go back to school. We are not the only people in this situation. I'm not asking for a handout, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to support our family while I complete my education. We do not qualify for Medicaid to pay my hospital bills, my pre-existing condition precludes me from having any related expenses covered by private insurance, and I cannot currently find work. There needs to be a program that provides incentives for people in my age group to return to college, not just a program that provides us with more debt through student loans. Dealing with the financial burdens of college and the increasing cost of living prevents too many young Americans from returning to school.
