Find Mylan Corporation, Maker of EpiPens, Guilty of Violating Federal Antitrust Laws

Created by J.W. on August 21, 2016

"Between 6-7 million Americans suffer from true food allergies... Epinephrine is the medication of choice for controlling a reaction by reversing the symptoms and preventing the progression of the reaction."

Recent legislation requires EpiPens be made available in Public (Taxpayer Funded) Schools. Experts recommend two EpiPens for each person they are prescribed for.

"In 2007, a two-pack of the epinephrine-filled devices went for $56.64 wholesale." "According to the prescription drug price comparison tool, GoodRX, the out-of-pocket cash price for the drug is currently anywhere from $728 to $840"

A significant number of the 6-7 Million Americans who need this Life Saving Drug/Treatment option can NOT afford it! Mylan is guilty of Antitrust and must be held accountable!
