Why was the Black Panthers allowed to intimidate people out east during voting? Please explain this to me. My paternal grandmother was a black/indian woman and when I found that out I felt proud to have black in me. Now with happening - I don't feel so proud. I just want to the Obama staff - I really don't know who would be to please explain why the Black Panthers were allowed to do this.
