Jack the Ripper was a serial killer in London in 1888 who was never identified by Scotland Yard or any British authorities. It would be a great piece of history to add to both British and American history. I feel that the White House should work with the British government to to build a time machine to go back in time to 1888 London, and observe the murder locations during the time of the murders. Finding out who this monster was would add to history as to how other serial killers may have copied him.
