Find out why so many legitimate worker's comp.cases are denied,down-played,or simply covered up,in Houston,Texas?

My petition is to bring notice to the fact that there are far too many worker's being abused and neglected by the current standards set by the Texas Workers Compensation Commission. The rules need to be reviewed and should be changed because of massive lobbying and rules changed to satisify big businesses and truly injured workers are being left out of the system and not being taken care of.
I speak from experience; I recently had to file a complaint against a lead person that treated me very ugly, and embarrassed me in her office in front of an assistant. Then in a hearing and in front of and office full of her co-workers.Things need to change.
I have been injured twice on the job.First on 1/4/1993 and now 2/14/2014 and both times each job has downplayed and covered up my injuries.
