Convicted felony's have a very hard time becoming gainfully employed, and when they do they have to take whatever job that will hire them. I am in the medical Field and even if the application asks have you committed a crime in the last seven years, and I say no they continue to see my old background and I'm unable to attain a job within my career of the last 22 years.
