find the tax exempt status afforded established religious organizations to be a Self-evident violation of Amendment I

Created by S.A. on December 26, 2012

I, as a Citizen of the United States of America, find the tax exempt status afforded establishments of religion in this Country to be a Self-evident violation of Amendment I of the United States Bill of Rights, and petition Congress to revoke all laws respecting the tax exempt status of any establishment of religion freely exercising in our Great Nation.

Amendment I

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
