Find, track down, and punish people who post pictures of themselves smoking Marijuana on the Internet.

I'm tired of seeing pictures of people smoking marijuana on the Internet. It disturbs me, makes me angry, and makes me lose my faith in the generation of today. These photos are going to make people from other countries think that everybody over here smokes marijuana. That's not the kind of message that we want to send to the entire world about this country.
