Waldo has been avoiding the US justice system for decades. He has avoided all attempts at capture, and will continue to remain at large until federal action is taken against him. Waldo is a fugitive from law and justice to let him continue to remain hidden would be a travesty. I would like to see the officers of the FBI take notice of Waldo and bring him to justice. I cannot and will not rest until this man has been found and brought to justice.
