This petition is for the redress of violations of the constitutional rights of Perry L. Brock. Those violations include a DoD command level conspiracy under the color of law in violations of 42 USC 1983 and 1985.
There is also the matter DoJ sanctioned obstruction of justice in this case by means of knowingly submitting false affidavits in the US Court of Federal Claims in order to abuse the presumptions of that court when evidence to the contrary has been in DoJ hands since June of 2009.
Americans should be confident that The Constitution still holds their ideals and liberties above governmental encroachment. The Bill of Rights is not subject to the hatchet of the Supreme Court whose judicial oaths preceded their positions. The time for to disagree with it dissolved with their oath.
