Find a way to extend medicaid coverage directly to those left out by the states that refuse to expand under the A.C.A

I live in a state that has refused to expand Medicaid under the A.C.A. I have neighbors ,friends and family members whose need is desperate for the medical care that will be provided to other Americans just like them all over our nation care they will be denied simply because they have the misfortune to live in states that are willing to spend the lives of American citizens in order to make political statements
