In this economy, obtaining a Bachelor's degree is like obtaining a high school diploma. If you want a job, you have to have it or else you have no choice but to make minimum wage at a dead-end job. With a bachelor's degree, the average salary in 2010 was $40,000 across the U.S.! The debt is too overwhelming for the American college students. Because of this debt, people are not buying real-estate because they cannot afford it, which hurts our economy.
What's sad is that most who want an education are realizing that the college tuition debt is not worth the salary expectations upon graduation. Please lower college tuition. It's another reason why our economy is not thriving.
