I believe that our government should find a way to lower the price of gasoline and diesel fuel in the United States. Fuel prices increased dramatically after 9/11 and haven't returned to a tolerable level since. I believe that more consumer spending, in various industries, would take place if Americans didn't have to budget so much of their money toward paying their fuel bill each month. Thereby helping to stimulate our overall economy and carry us out of the recession.
