Find a way to reduce the cost of higher education especially for middle class families with bills to pay beyond school.

Reduce the cost of higher education so middle class families who don't qualify for aid can send their kids to college and pay the bills as well. College cost average $20,000 a year and middle class families who don't qualify for Fafsa aid get stuck with high loans because we also have to pay our bills. Mortgages, food, transportation, etc are not taken into consideration when receiving Fafsa. Only income is taken in and reviewed.
