to find a way to remove supreme court justices who admit they have personal prejudice against a group of people (Scalia)

I do not think that when a Supreme court justice admits he is prejudice against a group of people (in this case gay people) that they should be allowed to vote on any thing that relates to those people. Furthermore I think that when you have a Justice that openly admits this prejudice and says everyone should agree with him he should be removed from his post. Antonin Gregory Scalia not only admits openly to his prejudices but also has a history of voting along the lines of his prejudices . Other justices may feel the same way he does on a personal level , but have proven the ability to recognize the constitution (the one they pledged to uphold) and vote in a impartial way. for this I think he should be removed.
