There is an attempt to restrict voting by requiring State residents to have a certain for of identification. For the poorest among us this is a poll tax. Older people with no transportation or drivers licenses, students, and others that have never had a reason to have an "official" photo id. We need to find a way to stop the practice or short circuit what is trying to be done. Is there a way to have an id that has to be accepted? I don't know the laws, but someone in the Federal Government should and get it done.
