Define a way for youth to start petitions/make their opinions heard. Perhaps, empowering schools to route such petitions from their students. Youth are a powerful force and many times, call it like it is. An engaged populace is the best hope for this great nation. Encouraging participation and input by its youth would serve the United States well.
